GOVERNMENT A NECESSARY EVIL

            Government is here to serve us and not the other way around. We are organic, the government is not. Any fool can see that human beings, living in close proximity to one another, require order. Government has filled that requirement for thousands of years. As populations grew, we had “structured society”. A little later came the government or the “state”. From out of the state was born the courts and finally out of the courts was born the lawyer. And thus Sadly, as we see today, the government and trial lawyer’s parasite off of Life’s many activities and, yes, its disfunctions as well. The burdens of Life are many; clothing, shelter, food, transportation, aging, and physical impairments, just to name a few. These are the responsibilities of the individual. They are a constant unrelenting reality of being. Truth is that ignorance of these facts of life breeds disfunction and inharmony. Today’s government mostly concerns itself with the effects of disfunction and does little to prevent the root cause, ignorance. Education about all areas of societal life is the answer, that, yes government does play a role. Citizenship, at its core, acknowledges the responsibility of the individual to pull their own weight and make wise decisions so that the consequences of their actions aren’t foisted upon others via government intervention. As patriots we recognize the burdens of natural life separate from those imposed by our government taskmasters. We refuse to be overburdened to enrich and empower the few. (bureaucrats and their agencies) Whatever you want to believe the facts are AMERICANS ARE TRULY IGNORANT to most things when it comes to government, geopolitics and especially world and American history. Never mind the deep things of life. Understand that the innerworkings of governments, policies of banking institutions and international law is what “elites” concern themselves with, not preserving and defending our freedoms. Building an administrative state for profit and control has been their answer to the plight of man. Empowered by an ignorant, emotional citizenry with a “we have to do something” mindset and that “something” has been government. Some things transcend the mechanics of government institutions. We are organic beings and our freewill is natural. The Life we live is a sacred expression of a power which transcends systems of government. It is expressed here and now. (Breath to breathe, bone and flesh, death. That’s why liberty is the best ! ) Originally, when we Americans threw the word freedom around, we were speaking to this truth and that we recognize it in every individual. It is this American system of government that placed the freedom of the individual above that of the collective masses which are supposedly represented by government. In Truth government isn’t 'Real', It has been created from the mind of man, as stated, in an attempt to bring order to the dense populations of society. On the other hand we, as individuals, with separate lives, dreams, ambitions and especially choices and consequences, are Real. Born from the Substance of Spirit. Freedom! True, in structured society, government is an inescapable necessity. Thus, our founders described it as a “necessary evil”. Why evil, you may ask? Firstly, again, it is unnatural.  Secondly, they knew an unbridled government can take on a life of its own and become self-serving to its core. It is a realm of lawyers and big money. It gathers many into its fold through employment with many benefits not afforded the general public. Many of these positions throughout, the seeming endless layers of bureaucracy, are redundant in nature and only serve to grow government. . Thus increasing legions of loyalist, mainly democrat voters, dependent on the taxes of the common man. In other words the sweat, blood and toil of the common man. How many hours of our work go to supporting this system of taxation. As a matter of fact our taxes haven’t been enough for all their spending and now our unborn grandchildren are in debt. Even bailing out unfunded public sector unions. Uncontrolled spending of an astronomical level has continued regardless of party, over the last twenty four years. But never have we seen such disregard for and disrespect of the American taxpayer. On the hook for 34 trillion and counting. With free money and housing for many of the illegal migrants coming into our nation. California is even offering them free health care while mandating citizens to buy there’s. So sad. The bureaucratic state is so invasive and so monster ably huge that to not take notice of it shows the complete and utter delusional mindset of the people themselves. Through congresses of years past, so called experts were empowered within countless agencies and consequently subverted the will, representation, of the people. ( Deep state) The power and control that these state agencies(federal beaucraracies) wield, via regulatory and fine imposing powers, didn’t happen by accident but rather over decades of methodical lobbying by powerful forces arrayed against the principle of individual liberty and freedom. The ‘reality on the street’ describes these impediments we are forced to live under by policy makers. Impediments in the form of regulations, licensing, degrees, taxes, mandates, fees, permits, registrations and citations. SOME of which are a necessary part of a structured society but are now used for nefarious purposes to enrich certain special interest groups, unions, peoples, classes, idealogues and bureaucrats. All having, and this is important, the full punitive force of the state behind them.i.e. fines and imprisonment. It’s absolutely laughable to hear media elites and fat mouthed democratic pundits speak to “threats to our freedom and constitution”, when everything they promote into law is destroying them. How anyone could actually claim to be free under this manufactured administrative state exhibits a ridiculous level of ignorance.. Why this all matters to you, you might ask. Again, at the heart of the matter is that our Lifes are short lived, sacred and expressed thru each individual and not to be used as a tool to enrich and empower systems of government! The very sad reality is this powerful administrative state has been constructed right under the noses of the common people and is so intertwined into every facet of modern life it could be compared to a Parasite, a malignant tumor which will be nearly impossible to remove. There isn’t a place in society that isn’t influenced by its monetary control. Sadder still some refuse to see and ignorantly wear it like a security blanket. But try to get out and “do” in society, and soon you will see how there isn’t much the administrative states shadow doesn’t touch. Starting a business, building a house, adding a room to a house, boating, becoming a contractor, visiting national parks, driving an automobile, hunting and fishing, getting a degree , getting married, hiking in the forest., selling alcohol or food,   etc. Remember the road to hell is paved with good intentions, For god’s sake I just read recently that some park service bureaucrat in Death Valley national park put a stop to kayakers entering a temporary lake because the tracks they were making in the mud were seen as damaging to the ecology. A temporary lake in an other wise dry lake bed in the middle of thousands of square miles of desolate nothingness and people are denied a wonderful life experience because the mud was getting messed up? Its all too damn much. Enough! It doesn’t have to be this way. We don’t really need a nanny state. Mine and your life is ticking away! Freedom now, not tomorrow or next week. Enough of the undue burdens. As Americans we proclaim, buyer beware! Enter at your own risk! And sticks and stones may break our bones but names can never hurt us! (freedom of speech) and “Let freedom reign! (over any other special interest) “We replace the regulatory state and the trial lawyer, lawsuit culture by first educating the common people to risk aversion and second by “SEVERELY” punishing those who prey on the innocence and ignorance of others i.e. hustlers and fraudsters. Reforming our education system to teach our youth civic responsibility, money management and the role of the judiciary is of utmost importance if we are to regain our Liberty. . Every child will know the consequences of law breaking, especially those that perpetrate violent crimes. Now, its important that we recognize, that of course, there are, issues within a dysfunctional society but that the liberty preserving approach is one of moral education before, instead of regulation after. To begin to deconstruct the administrative state we must begin to educate our youth about the many pitfalls, challenges and risks we all face in daily life. From land stewardship to public safety and respect for others rights, pulling your own weight, personal responsibility and the consequences of crime. Regardless of social/ economic status Instead of punishing transgressors, not in the mindset of revenge, but to teach punitive consequences to the youth. For punishments primary objective is that of deterrent to future transgressors thus minimizing future victimization. There will be no excuses for law breaking. The prison system is corrupt to its core; it has become a revolving door for the misfits in society. It feeds off of the many disfunctions in human life for profit and does little to reform. There is no reason incarceration cannot be structured much like bootcamp in the military. Re- education camps to teach discipline, purpose, individual/civic responsibility and the principles of Americanism. It’s not just democrats, many republican politicians have also been bought and paid for, we’ve all heard the acronym,” R.I.NO.”(republican in name only) The republican establishment has betrayed the low tax, small government, less regulation and more liberty constituents that they purportedly represent. However, It is the democrat party that is the main driving force behind the Marxist takeover of our institutions. We were warned many years ago that communism would infiltrate our government from within. It is totalitarian in nature, and it is here! Their voters refuse to see that the party has been seized by radicals that see capitalism as evil, motivated by greed which takes advantage of employees for selfish financial gain. Not recognizing that at its core capitalism is about the spirit of the individual, forging a better life for himself and those around him, including his employees. This is the freedom to dream, this has been a foundational principle resulting in the unparalleled prosperity our country has enjoyed. Built upon the motivation of the individual spirit of expression. They ignore the reality that freedom of the entrepreneur taps into the most creative and driven in our society. That most of the population doesn’t want the headaches and extra work that comes with running a business and are content just putting in their hours and then going home to relax. Running a business is a 24 hr. job that most don’t want ! As I heard Micael Gorbachev, the last soviet leader, said “capitalism works to well”. In other words capitalisms success results in more consumption(consumerism) which in turn results in more pollution. This perception is the main driver behind the climate hoax hysteria. When in reality people being pulled out of poverty improves the environment over the long run. That being said, education of the benefits of minimalism should not be ignored. The hardships of life are many, a man should be free to overcome these and build for himself a better one. We each have been given this one life and it is of equal importance to a clean environment. “Capitalists only care about themselves and are selfish”. they profess. “But its ok that we’re taxed for whatever the need , it benefits the whole of society”, they’ll say. But such is not the case, through the fees imposed and the taxes levied, monies are used, amongst other things, to finance endless, redundant government programs, wages, health insurance and vacation /retirements of those that implement them, and the never ending foreign entanglements, and an out of control privacy ending, surveillance state. Not the general public. These are the chosen ones, also known as government employees. And they are legion. All who benefit financially, be it through direct government employment or government grants and/or subsidies are the unwitting associates of the elite ruling class. The common man majority, the taxpayer, is tired of footing the bill. Its important to restate that the Republican party is complicit in the current situation we find ourselves in as a nation. By straying from its core principles and not giving the people a clear alternative. By not explaining fiscal responsibility, low taxes and individual liberty the party as a whole has fallen pray to the same big money interests that the democratic party has. That being said within the republican caucus there are the last of the constitutionalist, pro individual liberty members of congress. The path to restoring our nation to its founding principles for all its citizens is to first “stop the bleeding”, as it were, and vote republican and then, in short order, reform as a whole. When it comes to freedom it is the lessor of two evils. The corruption of our government institutions has taken a long time to manifest itself, it will take a atleast a few election cycles to remedy and even longer to educate our people to the truth of liberty and freedom. The Comman Man Congress proclaims, Dump the Democrats , Reform the Republicans and Restore Liberty!
